1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using BondBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

BondBox is a private mobile application that allows couples to store and share personal memories including photos, voice notes, text notes, ideas, and links. Access is limited to two linked users per account (a couple).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BondBox. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to BondBox (photos, audio, notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant BondBox a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your partner.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the app's functionality.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Subscription and Free Trial

BondBox offers a free plan with a limit of 50 memories. A Premium subscription provides unlimited memories and additional features. A 7-day free trial may be available for eligible users. Subscription terms will be displayed clearly before any purchase is made.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BondBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BondBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
