By downloading, installing, or using Gloss ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Gloss is a photo editing application that allows you to add stickers and filters to your photos. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
You retain all rights to the photos you edit using Gloss. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
The App, including all stickers, filters, graphics, and user interface elements, is owned by ShepDev and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
Gloss Pro is available as a subscription service:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or request a refund through your purchase history in the App Store.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShepDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
